Senior attorney, Andrew J. Valentine is a graduate of Yale and the
U.S. Naval Academy. Before entering private practice he served as
the Deputy General Counsel of Northern Trust Company in Chicago and
was the Legal and Legislative Advisor to the Chairman of the United States
Joint Chiefs of Staff.
